Wood - 5th Anniversary

I really wanted this gift to be everything it appeared to be online. I took my time reading reviews, checking the fine print, and carefully choosing the perfect song and message for my wife for our 5th anniversary.

Shortly after ordering, I received an email from Bespoken Art stating that they couldn’t include the artist’s name or song title due to copyright restrictions. That caught me off guard — especially since every example on their website for the exact same product clearly showed both the artist and song name. There was no mention of any copyright issue until after I had paid. Even the order form asked for the song and artist, which made the sudden limitation even more confusing.

While I believe I could have canceled, I decided to move forward since I had already spent time selecting the song that represented my wife and me perfectly. I approved the final preview (without the artist and title) and paid extra for faster shipping, expecting delivery within 3–5 days — though no clear time frame was stated anywhere.

After several days with no update, I emailed to follow up. Instead of a personal response, I got an automated email saying my order had just shipped, which made me wonder if it had been overlooked until I reached out.

When the product finally arrived, the material quality was nice, but honestly, without the song and artist names, it lost most of its meaning. The engraving looked great, yet it felt incomplete — more like wall décor than a personalized keepsake.

Overall, I wouldn’t say don’t order from Bespoken Art, but be aware that what’s shown online may not be what you actually receive. It’s a beautiful concept, but the execution and transparency left me disappointed. For what it costs, the value just isn’t there.

Just received it today, and it is gorgeous! I can't wait to give it to my wife... I might not be able to wait until our actual anniversary date. Such a unique gift idea.
